Pan De Campo


Pan De Camp0. Camp Bread. This is a great appetizer, side dish, tapa, or lunch. Simply take the buttermilk or sourdough biscuit recipes, roll it out to about 1/4" thick, then add any toppings you can think of, just like a pizza. Bake at 350 until the crust is golden like a pizza crust.

These are great to add anything that is coming out of the garden at any given time. These are really great to make with the kids as well, super easy and fun for them to put on what ever they want. If they want to add peanut butter and pickles, well let us know how it was, think we will skip that until you test it out.

You can also cook these on the grill, just like a grilled pizza. Or if you have a pizza oven these will go in nicely. Great snacks around the camp fire. I am partial to the sourdough crust myself.
