White BBQ Sauce by Robert Post
This is good with pork and poultry
1 pint mayonnaise
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
¾ cup apple juice
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup BBQ seasoning
2 Tablespoons celery seeds
¼ cup brown sugar
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
