Garden Goods

The garden is starting to produce. The Swiss Chard made it thru the winter and received a good bounty today. The chives are doing fantastic. Have had these for a few years and they come back each spring better than the last year. Fry bacon, onions, garlic till tender then add a bunch of chard at the end, it will shrink a lot, saute until tender.

How is your garden doing. Let us know and send us pics to share. When ours gets really rolling we share different bounties with neighbors to spread the wealth, its a great way to get produce you don't have and vise versa.

Of course when the zucchini get going there is always leave a bag on the door step, ring the bell and run!!
