Honeyed Chicken Teriyaki

This is a really great chicken breast recipe. Quick and easy on any weeknight.

2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless cut into 2" cubes
1 cup flour, heavy seasoned. Salt, pepper, Lowreys.
2 eggs beaten

Dip chicken cubes in egg
Coat with flour, shake off excess
Put on plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes

Dipping Sauce.

1 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup honey
2 Tablespoons dry sherry
2 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Heat over low heat until blended

Heat 1/2" oil in frying pan or set deep fryer to 350
Cook chicken until golden on all sides
Dip cubes into teriyaki sauce
put in baking dish
Bake at 350 for 20 Minutes

Serve with Rice and left over sauce
Sprinkle with scallions, chives or sesame seeds
Serve hot
